**Custom Wigs:**
- **Production Time:** Each custom wig is made to order based on your specific requirements. Please allow 10-14 business days for production.


- **Shipping Time:** Once your custom wig is ready, it will be shipped according to the shipping method you selected at checkout. Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 5-7 business days. For international orders, shipping can take 7-14 business days.


- **Tracking:** You will receive a tracking number via email once your wig has been shipped. This allows you to monitor the delivery status and estimated arrival date of your package.

**Hair Extensions:**
- **Processing Time:** Our hair extensions are typically ready to ship within 3-5 business days of placing your order.


- **Shipping Time:** After processing, standard shipping within the United States usually takes 5-7 business days. International shipping can take 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and chosen shipping method.


- **Tracking:** You will receive a tracking number via email once your hair extensions have been shipped so you can track your order. We ship all orders using FedEx and USPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Please verify the carrier being used once you receive the tracking information. 


**Additional Shipping Information:**
- **Customs and Duties:** For international orders, please be aware that additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.

**Return Policy**


1. **Custom Wigs:**
- **No Returns or Exchanges:** All custom wigs are made specifically according to your specifications, including style, color, and measurements. Because of this customization, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the order is placed.


- **Final Sale:** All custom wig purchases are final sale. We strongly encourage you to double-check all details and ask any questions before completing your purchase to ensure you are fully satisfied with your order.

2. **Hair Extensions:**
- **No Returns or Exchanges:** For hygiene and safety reasons, all hair extensions are also final sale. Once hair extensions have been opened or worn, they cannot be returned or exchanged.


- **Final Sale:** We recommend thoroughly reviewing your choice of hair extensions, including length, color, and texture, before finalizing your purchase.

**Exceptions and Considerations:**
- **Defective or Incorrect Items:** In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including offering a replacement or refund as necessary.


- **Order Cancellations:** Once an order for a custom wig or hair extension has been placed, it cannot be canceled, as the production process begins immediately.
